St Augustine Church
This Grade II deconsecrated church was redeveloped as apartments over three floors with the insertion of a mezzanine floor allowing units to be constructed in the roof space between the roof trusses.
Grand Ocean Hotel, Saltdean
This grade listed art deco hotel had closed and was becoming derelict. It has been regenerated into apartments and a health centre and the internal public areas can be used again as a set for episodes of Poirot.
Platform Building, Croydon
The previous paper works had been closed for a number of years before it was regenerated into a new builders merchant’s facility.
St Thomas’s Church, St Thomas’s Street
St Thomas’s Church, a deconsecrated grade 2 star church, settled over 90mm with the construction of the Jubilee Line platforms at London Bridge. The church was left derelict and full of temporary supports. We stabilised the structure, removed the temporary supports and brought the building back into commercial use as an office.
Annexe Building, Brentwood
The previous two storey offices were too small, old and not lettable. Doubling the size and upgrading the services and fenestration meant that the building is has been given a new lease of life.
