This 36 Ha site needed balance ponds and swales to ensure that the two existing streams were not overloaded.  The implementation of the balance ponds had to be phased with the development of the park.

Kings Cross Underground Western Ticket Office

Temporary works design for the construction of the new western ticket hall beneath St Pancras forecourt and Euston Road.  Two CDS required and works had to achieve strict controls in monitoring ground movement.  Works included slicing the top off the existing circle Line brick eastbound tunnel with both Category 2 and 3 Design Checks.
